Initiated in 2015, Speed2Seed is a unique program supporting early-stage entrepreneurs emerging out of India’s incubators and accelerators to become strong, investment-ready startups. Over the last year, we have worked with a group of 12 incubation programs, drawing best practices on topics ranging from internal incubation processes, startup investability, setting program structures and have developed a holistic curriculum to share.

Panel 1 – Successful Acceleration – How entrepreneurs can get the most out of their accelerator experience 
Join the group of 4 successful startups who share their experiences having undergone top accelerator programs and provide insights for startups on how to (1) choose the right accelerator (2) position themselves for the right accelerator (3) benefit from a strong accelerator program aside from building networks

S2S VentureBaseCamp Showcase – 10 Startup pitches and feedback 
A detailed introduction to Speed2Seed: VentureBaseCamp’s work over the last year followed by a 5-minute pitch session and 3-minutes of feedback for startups that have gone through the program.

Panel 3 – Incubation and Acceleration Ecosystem – A comparison of India and US. Where India is, where we want to be and how to get there? 
Our Indian and US experts will draw from their experiences on both the US and Indian incubation/acceleration ecosystem to bring forth some of the greatest successes/issues in the ecosystems, things that can’t be transplanted from market to market, and the biggest needs to improve the Indian ecosystem today.

Workshop Session by Dan Kranzler –  Lessons Learned in Early Tech Investing 
Join Dan Kranzler (he has mentored and supported over 250 startups and raised over $750 million in seed capital) and Sandy Sharma (Partner at 9Mile Labs) as they dig in to their cumulative experience of over six decades of working as VCs, angel investors and tech entrepreneurs to share the 7 deadly sins of early-stage tech investing.
